Phyllis Garcia

Phyllis Garcia has been has been in the Multifamily Industry for over 30 years. She is the current Director of LIHTC and Compliance with Ovation Property Management, a NV owner/developer. Phyllis oversees a portfolio of Senior, Affordable Housing properties as well other compliance matters. Her experience includes the
oversight of multiple affordable housing programs (LIHTC, BOND, HOME, Project Based, Workforce Housing) for family and senior in Texas and Nevada.

Phyllis is the past President for NVSAA, current board member of NVSAA for 10 years and is currently serving on the NAA Affordable Housing committee.

Phyllis has been a member of IREM since 2006 and holds the designations of ARM (Accredited Residential Manager), CPM Candidate through IREM and HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional) through NAHB and an NAA Leadership Lyceum Graduate.
