Organization Impact
CLSN recognizes the critical role affordable housing plays in supporting our senior population to live happy and healthy. We are proud to offer a comprehensive list of supportive services and programs, which make this more than just housing, but a stable environment our residents can call home. It is our continued hope that as we expand across Southern Nevada, that in providing affordable housing and these critical programs to the seniors whom we serve that we will not only create a safe and dignified environment, but also allow more opportunities for seniors to have the highest quality of life as they age in place with dignity. In 2021, we are very excited to welcome our 9th property with an additional 195 units to serve more seniors.
Transportation
In 2020 we offered 3,700 rides on our shopping loop shuttle and 1,600 FREE 24-hour bus passes.
Activities
In 2020 5,478 individual activities took place including: virtual classes, fitness classes on the lawn, craft projects and community partner sponsored events.
Food Programs
In 2020 we distributed over 400,000 pounds of food to 15,600 individual food recipients.
